A Neuropatia Oftalmoplégica Dolorosa Recorrente (ONRP) é uma condição rara, anteriormente conhecida como Enxaqueca Oftalmoplégica, caracteriza-se por cefaléia ipsilateral à paresia do III, IV ou VI nervo craniano, geralmente acomete crianças ou adultos jovens. Este é um relato de caso de RPON em uma jovem de 16 anos atendida no Hospital do Servidor Público Estadual de São Paulo.
