The cover features drawings created by patients with headache disorders who participated in an extension project developed by the Department of Physiotherapy at the Federal University of Pernambuco (UFPE), Brazil. The original artworks, exhibited during the I Symposium on Physiotherapy and Headache at UFPE, portray the patients’ personal perceptions and experiences of pain. For this cover, the drawings were refined using artificial intelligence, preserving the expressive essence of the original illustrations while creating a contemporary visual composition for the journal.
