caram corretamente 80% dos casos de fibromialgia.
Não há ensaios clínicos que avaliem o tratamento
dos pacientes com migrânea ou cefaleia do tipo tensional
e fibromialgia. Na medida do possível deve-se tentar
usar uma droga que trate das duas como um anti-
depressivo tricíclico.
CONCLUSÕES
1 - A fibromialgia é comorbidade da migrânea e da cefa-
leia do tipo tensional, tendo uma associação maior
com as formas crônicas dessas cefaleias.
2 - A sensibilização central é o ponto de união entre a
fisiopatologia da migrânea crônica, cefaleia tipo
tensional crônica e da fibromialgia.
3 - Pacientes com cefaleia e fibromialgia têm maior gra-
vidade tanto da cefaleia quanto da fibromialgia.
